Hi there, I have TWO bedrooms(11x10 and 12x10) available for move-in starting 29th of December. The Rent includes Utilities: -Electricity -Water -Gas -Internet The rooms currently have a twin and a queen, mattress and box in them so you can use either or bring your own. I don't have a TV , but if you absolutely need to have it, it can be arranged at an extra charge. -You would have access to a full and a half bath(shared when/if there is another room mate around). -No Smoking in the house. -Lease: Negotiable(but I would prefer 3 months and then month to month, with a $500 as a deposit). -Washer/Dryer in house. -I cook meat in the house, so can you. -Parking: Street/Property -You can't have any Pets( I don't have any either) Cool features: -Fenced Backyard to host a BBQ or maybe just chill. -Sun Room for reading and taking naps. -TV(not shown) with Netflix in the living room. -Extra storage in the garage. About me: I'm a 26 year old guy, I work full time in a tech corporate and enrolled in grad school(part time). I recently moved out here from Northern VA/DC Metro so I'm fairly new to the city myself, been here for about 4 months.
