I'm a hard working female who would like to rent a room with kitchen priviledges. I do have a well-maintained cat, neutored. He rarely, if ever leaves my room and is totally litter trained and also no bugs of any type, sort or creed. lol. I'm easy going, but, would prefer no heavy drugs or a partying lifestyle. I work, eat, watch, T.V., sleep, and little else. I'm a great cook and would not mind cooking for more than myself. I clean up after myself and appreciate when others do the same.
