Workplace Resources (WPR) provisions and maintains Ciscos corporate real estate and facilities portfolio, housing over 85,000 employees and contractors in 93 countries. WPR differentiates the portfolio with the deployment of Cisco technology and enables productivity through the delivery of comprehensive employee services.
The Team
Candidate will be a member of the Strategy and Planning Team in WPR. This role is one of the key positions in WPR that drive the alignment between Cisco business and WPR product and services. The candidate will engage cross functionally within WPR and produce critical business intelligence, demand signals and long term strategic roadmaps through Cisco Sr. Leadership engagement and ongoing business reviews. This role helps WPR shape the current and future Corporate Real Estate portfolio in support of Cisco and its business leadership.
Role and Responsibilities
Work with respective CRMs, WPMs, Theater Planner and Finance team and provide them with data needed to support strategy decisions and analysis activities as part of the program.
Working independently with global and cross functional teams requires project management experience to drive collaboration and obtain certain results and output. and ensp;
Provide innovative solutions and opportunities for the team to be successful in its work typically gained through a variety of experience.
: Apply data, forecasting, modeling and Real Estate market research to provide clients with analyses and recommendations to support informed WPR business decisions.
: Create client plan of records using various business object reports for CRM Business reviews. These client engagements are with very senior policy maker business unit leaders and are critical to business and corporate real estate alignment
: Specific business analyses including demand forecasting, supply and demand models, and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
: Responsible for data sources and analytical application software for the entire WPR Strategy and Planning Global team.
: Work with the Finance team for allocations and support analysis activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
