A career in Property Management could be your calling As the Leasing Consultant and Marketing Specialist, you will learn all there is to know about this industry and how exciting it can be Our team is missing a key member, YOU Some of the job responsibilities will include:*Setting up an appointment or convincing those calling for information on the property to visit, and scheduling an appointment if possible.*Touring model and/or rent ready apartment homes with prospective residents.*Completing leasing paperwork*Inspecting future residents apartment to ensure readiness*Explaining leasing paperwork to future residents*Corresponding with and contacting all residents whose leases are expiring*Preparing renewal packages*Taking work orders and accurately maintaining and providing information to maintenance staff*Handling customer complaints professionally and forwarding all unresolved complaints to the Property or Assistant Manager.*Taking the lead in planning resident functions*Performing outside marketing to local businesses on a weekly basis Be a part of our team and you will enjoy coming to work every day Every day can bring new, exciting things Each candidate will need to possess the following: *Minimum 1 year leasing and marketing experience in conventional, multi:family property management, or can demonstrate prior sales experience, including closing and follow:up techniques*Strong Work Ethic*Ability to multi:task and prioritize*Reliable Transportation*Passion for outreach marketing*Proficiency using social media to market property*Ability to learn property management software, AMSI experience preferred*Intermediate Excel and Word skills Position is Full Time including Weekends.
