What Youll Be Doing:
: To execute Materials Requirements Planning across entire horizon of the Manufacturing Resource Plan for
: selected work centres within a single site in the Manufacturing network
: To run the Performance Management process for incoming materials deliveries for a single site within the
: Manufacturing network
: To monitor, maintain, and ensure complete accuracy of all critical data fields related to incoming materials
: Maintenance of accurate incoming delivery data so systems can be used to plan production
: Focus on material availability as per the production schedule requirements
: Execution of an incoming delivery Scripted Week to supply the Production Fixed Frequency Repeating
: Schedule (FFRS) with any components required
: Measurement of supplier performance in various KPIs through performance management
: Constant monitoring, maintenance and complete accuracy of all Supply critical fields within all data systems related to materials for which the Materials Scheduler is responsible
: Identification and mitigation of stock at risk and working with key support functions in processing any inventory write off requests
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
: Associates Degree and minimum 3yrs experience
: Good knowledge of Materials Management, Scheduling and supply chain processes
